Terms of using the club

1. Who runs the club

These terms govern your use of palmswayclub.com ("Palm Sway Club", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of palmswayclub.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who can join

You must be 18 or over to use Palm Sway Club, and by using it you confirm that you are.

3. Club coins

• Coins come free from us, and they’re what the games run on.
• A coin has no monetary value. It isn’t money, credit or property.
• Coins can’t be bought, sold, withdrawn or transferred, and they can’t be swapped for money, goods, services or prizes either. There are no in-app purchases.
• We offer no prizes of any real-world value.
• We can change or reset coins, levels and features at any time.

4. Real money stays off the island

We do not offer real-money gambling, we do not promote it, and we do not link to any gambling operator.

5. Accounts and logins

• To play you’ll need a free account. It’s one per person and it’s yours alone, so don’t share it.
• Don’t tell anyone your password, and let us know right away if someone else has got into your account.
• Delete your account any time from the account page. It happens immediately and can’t be undone.
• If an account is used to disrupt the site, or we think its owner is under 18, we may suspend it.
• Your coins, levels and missions belong to the account and are not your property. They can be reset.

6. Playing fair

No disrupting the site, no automated tools against it, no offers to trade coins, and no letting anyone under 18 use it.

7. Availability, and what we’re liable for

We offer the site ‘as is’, and we can change or remove any part of it. If something malfunctions, all plays and pays are void. These terms don’t limit any liability that the law says can’t be limited, and they don’t affect your statutory rights.

8. The law behind these terms

England and Wales: that’s the law these terms run under.
